Everbloom Studio

full-service floral design | $10,000+

Our full service package is for the starry-eyed couple looking to to achieve their big vision with expertly curated and crafted designs. With this service, we work together touching base along the way to refine and perfect the aesthetic for your special day.

 
 

Everbloom Boutique

A La Carte floral design | $800+

Our A La Carte offering is for the host seeking an elegant yet affordable floral package. With this streamlined approach, ordering flowers is as easy as ordering take-out. We keep it simple and to the point for a hands-off, effortless experience.

On your wedding day, the only finger you should be lifting is the fourth one on your left hand. Our team is dedicated to handling every detail along the way including creative vision, floral design and sourcing, prop rentals, set up, and tear down so you can enjoy your event stress-free knowing that everything is being executed with care.

 

  • Pre-Booking | Inquire with us to get the ball rolling. We’ll be in touch to give you more information about us, as well as hear more about you, your story, and the event you’re planning. We’ll create a custom proposal for you to provide you with the preliminary design details of your event and review it with you via Zoom. Feedback is welcome, and we offer 1 round of changes.

  • Post-Booking | We’ll finish your design deck complete with digital mock ups of each floral element we’ll be providing for your day. We’ll offer suggestions for rentals and tablescape items if necessary and get your feedback on everything. This is a live document we’ll continue to update together as plans continue to get made.

  • 3-5 months before your event | We’ll meet in person at our studio to take a look at a live floral sample. We’ll lay out all table top items (plates, flatware, candles, linens, etc) to see how everything coexists and ensure every detail is perfect. Revisions can still be made up until this point. If an in person meeting isn’t feasible for you we can offer this meeting digitally.

  • 60 days before your event | We’ll touch base again to confirm outstanding details and offer one last opportunity to make adjustments to quantities.

  • 30 days before your event | Your final payment will be due and we’ll begin

 The Everbloom Boutique is our semi-custom floral design service for the host or couple looking to add beautiful, artful florals to their event at a more modest price point.

  • Inquire with us to get the ball rolling. We’ll be in touch to give you more information about us, as well as hear more about you, your story, and the event you’re planning.

  • After we chat we’ll send a questionnaire to your inbox. Let us know what you need and what you want it to look like. (This is the time to link your Pinterest board) We’ll review everything and create a moodboard and pricing quote for you to review and approve.

  • 30 days before the event we’ll be in touch to make sure the delivery details are still up to date and we’ll head into production to make the flower arrangements you’ve been dreaming of.

 

This stripped-down offering provides you with professional quality florals for your party, shower, intimate wedding or elopement at a price that fits the bill. Simply provide our team with a broad vision of your event and leave the rest up to us. We take your ideas into consideration and work diligently to create something we know will inspire an unforgettable setting. This service is offered exclusively within 30 miles of our studio in San Juan Capistrano, CA.
